There are two supermarkets within five minutes walk of the house. Walk the other way along the river bank and within ten-minutes you are in open country.

London is 45 minutes away by rail or coach with the rail station easily accessible on foot (25 minutes) or by bus or car. The beautiful Norfolk/Suffolk coast is about 1.5 hours away by car.
