Detached old Breton stone house on Brittany/Normandy border in Bay of Mont St.Michel. Lovely beaches, walks, nature, restaurants, seafood, markets, Mont St Michel, sports, museums, all in easy reach. Lots of tourist attractions locally, but property itself in very quiet area.

Animal lovers needed - Border Collie dog (lovely walks from the door) to care for.

House has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 1 ensuite, well-equipped kitchen. Lots of books, DVDs (mainly English, some French). Very quiet, tranquil situation, but only 1 km to excellent supermarket. 2km to small local town (bars, banks, post office, bakers, butchers).

Large flat garden with outdoor furniture. Separate fenced area with swimming pool. Another fenced "Wildlife Area" with trees, stream, pond. Two fields with animals - goat, sheep, donkeys. These friendly animals don`t need, but do love, attention. Access over stream to marais with lots of interesting wildlife.
