We're living ,Alexandra and Laurent,in Paris intramuros, in the north part of Paris in the 10th administrative district. The building is Hausman's style. The apartment is at the 3rd Floor (1 bedroom,1 living room, a guest room/home office, Kitchen and bathroom : 70 square). The flat is comfortable as you can see the facilities.
You ll be closed to the two train stations: Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, that can lead directly to the 2 airport by the RER (express rail network). Two subway's stations give a easy access to all the main places of Paris.
The neighbourhood is pleasant and quiet with the proximity of Canal St Martin and nices places to eat or drink.
