Our flat has two bedrooms, one double, and one with a single bed. A kitchen diner, large sunny lounge, a family bathroom with walk in shower. We have wifi. There is central heating, and a combi boiler for instant hot water.

We have a sunny morning private front patio and a sunny afternoon shared back green.



About the location

We're only a 25 minute walk to the Royal Mile and all the tourist sites - galleries, pubs, the Castle, the new Parliament building, cafes. We also have three bus routes going into town for when you don't want to walk.

We have many cinemas and theatres, and a couple of good Jazz clubs within 25 minutes walk. Also, of course, all the restaurants, cafes, pubs, and nightlife that you could wish for - and it's under £10 taxi to get home from town.

In the neighbourhood there are many specialist shops - fishmongers & butchers, small supermarkets, wine merchants, pubs, cafes and restaurants, so you don't have to go far. Also doctors, dentists, hairdressers.

There is also a Victorian swimming pool and fitness centre only a couple of minutes away.
