Our home is in a beautiful country style village golf estate. It has 4 Bedrooms (3 with ensuites).

Modern kitchen/family room with Bar. Billiard Room, 8 Seater Cinema, large outdoor BBQ Patio with views overlooking the Golf Course 16th Hole.

We have a low maintenance garden and outdoor furniture.

Nearest big shopping centre is 15 minutes by car.

About the location

Eynesbury Homestead & Golf Estate is 36k from Melbourne CBD (a 30 minute drive from Tullamarine airport) and has a country feel but easy distance to central Melbourne. The Clubhouse has an excellent Restaurant walking distance from the house. There are many bush walks in the Grey Box Forest that surrounds the Estate with heaps of kangaroos and Aussie birds and an old Shearing Shed heritage listed from when the property was a working sheep farm. We have been a member here for many years, have done 18 house swaps around the world and were previously listed with a property on Australia’s Gold Coast and have now moved to Melbourne to the Eynesbury Homestead & Golf Estate.

Our party consists of my husband and myself (both retired so not party people) but we usually like to invite friends / relatives to join us (depending on where we are swapping) to dinner and an overnight stay.

We are looking to swap for holidays within Australia, Country Victoria, Adelaide, NSW or Queensland or even Tasmania. Our time preference would be flexible. We just want somewhere warm for short holiday breaks.
