Light filled apartment in central Dalston

Welcome to Dalston! This cosy, airy 1-bed first floor flat is located in the centre of Dalston. Set only a moments walk from the hustle and bustle of Kingsland Road, our flat is located on a quiet school street, which means the only noise is the sound of the school commute. Our flat has one bedroom, one living room (with a futon that can be used for additional guests), a kitchen, a bathroom and a small, south facing balcony to soak up the afternoon sunshine. The space is simple and functional, and we have all that you need for a comfortable and happy stay!

We have space for you to work remotely, and we have appliances including an Iron, electric fan, toaster, hairdryer. We also have two bikes if you would like to use them.

We have only lived in this flat less than a year but we very much consider it our home. The block of flats is only 2 floors and we share the floor with around 5 other families, making it feel private and quiet.

We are currently looking for short term swaps until Dec 2024. After Dec 2024 we are looking for long term 3+ months swaps.

About the location

We are in the area between Dalston and Stoke Newington, meaning you would be a short walk away from two central hubs of nightlife and culture. During the day time, you can take a short stroll to Hackney Downs park, head south to London Feilds or head North West towards Clissold Park. The area is full of beautiful independent coffee shops, second hand shops and Latin American and Turkish cuisine.

We are very well connected, with our nearest overground stations Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction, you have access to the rest of London. Overground is the best mode of travel but the busses are super frequent.

We love this area, and you can enjoy spending evenings people watching at Latina Hits on Kingsland Road, cinema trips at Rio Cinema, or swimming at the outdoor heated Lido in London Feilds. I would be more than happy to provide more tips and tricks to East London.
