Girrawheen Avenue
Paul and I ( Vicky) are both retired. We have lived in our home in Girrawheen Avenue for 36 years. About 20 years ago we had a major renovation converting our 3 bedroom house into a much larger home. Last year we had a new kitchen installed.
We have a large kitchen/family room, a large bedroom with ensuite downstairs plus two additional bedrooms and upstairs is the main bedroom, bathroom and study.
We also have a double garage and large backyard, vegetable garden, grass area and a generous back deck we enjoy many of our meals.
About the location
Kiama is a beautiful seaside town about an hour and a half from Sydney. It has a good selection of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and places to visit. There is choice of 5 beaches in close proximity, walking tracks, clubs, pubs and very friendly people!
We are situated adjacent to a beautiful reserve which leads down a beautiful beach (about a 5 minute walk). We are close to a small shopping precinct and close to two excellent coffee shops.
