We have 5 double bedroom over three floors. On the top floor are two bedrooms (one with a single bed) and a large toilet/shower room. The larger bedroom has a Juliette balcony and both rooms overlook the beautiful peaceful forestry grounds of Nunhead cemetery.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has a small double bed and a desk for home working.

On the ground floor there is a large modern stylish kitchen/diner and large living room. The kitchen contains a washer drier, dishwasher, cooker, microwave fridge freeze and all the usual family kitchen utensils/crockery and gadgets. The kitchen opens onto a small pleasant garden with teak table and chairs for summer dining, a trampoline and large saucer swing The garden backs onto the green woodland of Nunhead cemetery. The living room contains a 3 seater sofa, snuggler chair, rocking chair and coffee table, piano and desk.

We are well suited to families with children, we have games suitable for tweens (and some for younger children too)

About the location

We live in a residential area in South East London that is conveniently close to central London with great public transport links. London has fantastic museums, theatres, historical attractions, shops, restaurants, and activities.

We are walking distance to numerous parks and beautiful regenerated Nunhead Village with lovely local amenities (butchers, bakers, green grocer, fishmonger, a few pubs and cafes), there is an excellent gastro pub only 3 minutes walk away!

We are a relatively short dive from the Sussex and Kent countryside.
