About the location

The area where we live is right next to the beach, our building is the front row. Promenade and beach with bars and cafes 30 seconds from front door. All local amenities to hand: shops, supermarkets, post office, bank etc. A 15-minute walk from the city centre. On the beach front there are lots of places to eat and have refreshments.

The area is perfectly safe and very popular with local Spanish tourists in summer, it`s not the typical foreign tourist spot, as such, prices are reasonable and food is traditional.

About 40mins drive away you will find the Natural Park Cabo de Gata, with stunning intouched beaches and beautiful seaside villages.

15-minute drive from Almeria airport and a 10-minute walk from the central train and coach station.

It`s an ideal area for a summer holiday.
