Beautiful house, large garden & stunning town in Farnham, Surrey

We have a large open plan kitchen, with bifold doors to a large patio. We have an outdoor table, chairs and umbrellas for eating outside. We have a wood supply for our fire pit, brand new table tennis table and large comfy out door sofa. The garden is large and South Facing, with ample seating, pretty beds, fruit trees and lawn. Our house is a beautiful detached house, only 5 minutes walk to the North Downs way and then onto the river. Farnham town centre is a 20 minutes walk. Farnham station is 7 minutes walk away.

We have four bedrooms available for this exchange. One double bed, on double sofa bed, one single bed and one kids large cabin bed, all in four seperate rooms. February 2023, we fitted new carpets upstairs and in the hallway. They are so soft. The upstairs bathroom has also recently been refurbished.

Farnham is in Waverley, the most wooded borough in Surrey and the UK. So many amazing walks in woodland and countryside. Happy to provide ideas of places.

We have netflix, amazon tv etc.. Great broadband. A separate lounge and playroom. (Two Tv`s) The drive is big enough for a few cars.

Farnham is a gorgeous Georgian Town, with lots of independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

About the location

We live in the thriving and historic market Georgian town of Farnham, Surrey. We live 5 minutes walk from the famous North Downs Way, a beautiful walk (beside a river). We have a gorgeous detached house and large garden on a popular road in the town.

We are within walking distance to Farnham train Station (8 minutes) and walking distance to central Farnham (15 minutes). London is 1 hour on the train. The New Forest is 1 hour in the car.

Farnham has stunning countryside and woodland. So much great choice to explore. We can share many ideas where to visit. Best examples are the Bourne Woods (Forestry England), Frensham Great and Little Ponds (National Trust), Hankley common (Nature reserve), Waverley Abbey (English Heritage) are all within 5 and 12 minutes drive of our house.

Farnham has many independent shops, cafes, restaurants etc.. We have many supermarkets, including waitrose, sainsburys and lidl.

Spring and Summer is amazing in Farnham. Our garden is full of flowers, a huge patio with a sofa area / festoon lights / huge fire pit. A second area has seating for 8 people and bbq. Many thanks for reading. We look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions.
