Terraced Red Brick Home in Brighton

Our house was built in around 1900, and is a typical Victorian terrace home which we have sympathetically extended to create a big open plan living space downstairs. We are an artist/architect and antique dealer (plus our 8 year old) and enjoy sourcing objects and furniture for our home. It is also a comfortable family living space, with lots of games and a TV. Upstairs we have a main bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with bunk bed and a third office/bedroom with fold out sofa bed. We have 2 bathrooms upstairs and a separate WC downstairs.
Outside is a balcony with the sea in the distance, and a small courtyard garden with table and chairs.

We are open to doing a short swap or a longer swap.

About the location

Our house is an end-of-terrace in a quiet street near to the lovely Queens Park in a residential neighbourhood, but also close to the city centre and the sea.
There are loads of great pubs and cafe in the local neighbourhood. Good bus routes to the centre, seafront and also to other parts of town.
You can walk up the hill a short way onto the racecourse for great views, and the South Downs are not far away.
There is on street parking which you need a permit for - we can provide these if needed.
