Our home is a fully modernised farmhouse set in its own private and magical gardens of 2 acres. It is situated in the tiny hamlet of Mingoose 1 mile from the popular village of St Agnes on the North Cornwall coast and only 8 miles from the historic City of Truro. The beautiful sandy beach of Chapel Porth is a 20 minute walk from the property through a National Trust valley.
The property is very private, quiet and unspoiled in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The property has all mod cons, central heating and underfloor heating.
The garden has furniture, gas bbq and firepit.
Non-simultaneous exchanges work particularly well for us.

About the location

Cornwall is the number 1 holiday destination in the UK. It is famed for its magnificent coastline and beaches. Although we are on the North coast, it is only a 20 minute drive to the very different but equally attractive South coast with its numerous small harbours.
There are many attractions beyond its spectacular outdoors including artisan shops cafes and restaurants. St Ives, 10 miles down the coast has the world famous Tate gallery and Barbara Leach studios, and there are numerous other galleries as well as the outdoor Minack theatre built into the granite cliffs near Penzance.
We are a comfortable 5 hour drive from London airports or there are daily flights from London to Newquay which is 40 mins away.
