Our house is located within a quiet, leafy suburban area with excellent transport links to Central London. It is also only a 10 to 15 drive to green belt countryside and farmland.

It has a lovely new, large, fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, plus dining area leading onto a patio. It has four double bedrooms, and one single room with lovely garden view, as well as an office. Two family bathrooms and one downstairs cloakroom. Utility room with washing machine and fridge freezer. Large sitting room with cable TV. Lovely massive west-facing garden sheltered by mature trees with terrace, fruit trees, water feature and shed. The property has wi-fi.

We also have an adorable, small cat Brian who is very friendly and needs feeding preferably twice a day. He is independent, comes and goes via his catalpa, but likes to play 'string' and to have his tummy tickled. He is extremely sociable and good with kids, never scratches.

About the location

10 mins walk from Palmers Green overground train station, (trains take 20 mins to City, 30 minutes to West End) or 15 minutes walk to Underground. A selection of great restaurants, cafes by the park, plus supermarkets and Palmers Green high street with banks etc minutes walk away. Five minutes drive away is either Arnos Grove tube or Southgate on the Piccadilly line, the former has parking. This affords quick trips into central London and late returns thanks to the night tube.

There is a leisure centre 5 mins away in Southgate with a nice gym and pool/sauna/steam room etc.

The house is in leafy road, 10 mins walk from two large parks with woodland walks, lakes, crazy golf, adventure play grounds and tennis courts. There is a huge country park 10 minutes drive away with a country house, woodland, lakes, animal sanctuary, fantastic walks and views of surrounding farmland.
