Chaco del Palo, MALA, Lanzarote CANARY ISLANDS (HE18764)

A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex situated in the peaceful, unspoilt naturist seaside village of Charco del Palo on Lanzarote. The duplex has sea views in the front and to the left and views of the mountains to the right.

It has a large shared swimming pool with Central Island and outside shower. There is a small sandy beach with natural sea pool a 2 minute walk away. Access to the open sea is a 5 minute walk down to a shettled cove. This spot is popular with snoklers, divers and naturists and is ideal for swimming. There is a small super market, 2 restuarants, car hire and a beauty and therapy salon a 2minute walk from the duplex.

There is 1 double room with balcony and sea views and another room with 2 twin beds. There is a sofa bed downstairs which could sleep another couple if needed. There is a large bathroom downstairs and a shower and bathroom upstairs.

It is situated on the North East Coast of Lanzarote away from the main busy tourist areas but no more than a 25 minute drive from most places on the Island. The area is good for walking, snorkling, diving, surfing, paragliding, relaxing, fishing.

Myself and my boyfriend are professional Kitesurfers so we spend a lot of time travelling to competitions around the world, doing photo shoots and travel stories. Richard my boyfriend is also a professional watersports photographer which enables us to work and travel together. We normally spend a few months of the year in Lanzarote training and doing photo's for our sponsors or whenever we have free time. I'm from Wales and my family is based there so I go home as much as possible.

We are open to offers for a house swap and various durations providing it is near the sea or water...ideally, with consistent wind and waves!

I love animals. I used to have horses and help on a farm and have a dog at home with my parents so I would be more than happy to look after any animals you might have.
