Walk to hiking trails and a park with tennis & basketball courts, soccer, skate park or a short drive into Hollywood, Burbank, Universal Studios or downtown Los Angeles. A 45 min-1 hour drive to Santa Monica, Venice, Beaches & Disneyland.
Our town is small, but all nessecities are here and there are nicer restaurants and some shops/theatres within a 10-15 minute drive. Currently our home is set up well for a small child with a crib in one room & a twin bed in another. We also have a double high air mattress that can be set up in the baby room. Our yard is fenced and our home is 1350 squ ft.

We have children's toys here, as well as TV, cable & a DVD player, computer & internet. Our home has 1 bedroom with a queen bed in it and another with a twin bed. The #3 bedroom has a crib in it and we do have a double height air mattress that can be set up in there as well. We have a great golf course (Angeles Crest Golf course)within a couple of miles away and there are lots of hiking trails within walking distance from our home.
