The Edwardian house is in a small seaside town on the Essex coast. The house was built in about 1907 and is now fully modernised. It is 30 minutes drive from Colchester (England's oldest recorded town) and is about 1 hour 15 minutes train journey to London. The historic towns of Cambridge, Oxford and Norwich are all within easy driving distance as are many prety typical English villages. Frinton has good safe bathing and sailing.
The spacious house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern farmhouse style kitchen and 4 other rooms, including a very large conservatory. It has a secluded garden and car parking space. It is 400 metres from the beach (where the owners beach hut is available for use) and 1 kilometer from the links golf course.
