Central London flat in quiet neighbourhood

Overview
We are very lucky to have a bright and beautiful first-floor flat in a listed red brick building next to Queens tennis club. It’s very light and airy because it’s double aspect. However it’s quiet for zone 2 as we fitted double glazed windows, we have thick, old walls and we are in a quiet neighbourhood on a residential street. Please note: there isn’t a lift because the flat is part of a Victorian mansion block, the flat is on the first floor.

Rooms
Bedrooms include one super king and one double, there is a shower in one bathroom and we have a separate toilet as well.
We have a kitchen and separate living room with two comfy sofas.

Location
We are between West Kensington and Barons Court tube stations. We have an amazing gastro pub one minute walk away, another pub 5 minutes’ walk away and shops within close walking distance (a corner shop within 5 min and Sainsbury’s, tescos and Waitrose within 10 minutes). There’s a park and a gym a few minutes’ walk away and the river is about fifteen minutes walk away. Our local coffee shop Carbon Kopi serves excellent coffee and lovely pastries.

On road Parking
8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday is permit only, otherwise you can park and there is always space
We can arrange a visitor permit for a car so that it would be £1.80 per hour (instead of £6 per hour) for the permit only times.

About the location

Quiet and residential area near Fulham, Chelsea and Hammersmith.

You can reach the west end in 25 min on the tube door to door.
Heathrow is direct from Baron’s Court Tube station and takes 40-45 min to reach. Major train stations such as Kings Cross St Pancras and Victoria have direct links from West Kensington and Barons Court local tubes.
There are major museums such as natural history and science museums in 20 min on public transport or a 35-40 minute walk away.
