Beautiful apartment in luxury downtown building

Our condo is on the 5th floor of a modern high rise building. It has an exciting always changing urban outlook but is very quiet because of the double-paned windows. The kitchen/dining room/living room are all one room.

There is a large bedroom suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom/TV room with a comfortable foam double mattress. The second bedroom can accommodate two small children or one teen or adult. There are two full bathrooms with a Jacuzzi tub in one. The kitchen is set up for a serious cook: gas range, SubZero fridge, copper pots and pans, and all amenities. d

Our condo is available for short term swaps in the US but only for swaps of 2 weeks or more abroad.

The dining table can accommodate 12 people but we usually eat at the counter in the kitchen.

The building is super secure, the valet parking is a big plus (they will bring groceries or other purchases to the unit. The building has 24 hour doormen, a swimming pool and gym, a small theater with weekly movies, a club level with free coffee and cocktails and food to purchase.

About the location

The area is very convenient to San Francisco activities such as the Farmers Market on the Embarcadero, the elevated Salesforce Park, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and Union Square. It is next to the Transit Center, 3 blocks to BART, and 4 minutes to the Bay Bridge.

There is an excellent grocery store two blocks away with s wide selection of prepared food, wine and cheese. It is walking distance to many of San Francisco’s best restaurants: Boulevard, Barcha, Perbacco, Benu, Tadich’s Grill, the Angler, Ozumo, and Yank Sing. There are also many coffee shops and sandwich places within a few blocks.

The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. The ballpark is a lovely 20 minute walk along the waterfront. Chinatown and Nob Hill are more strenuous walks of about the same length.

The San Francisco airport is 20 minutes away by car/cab and can also be reached by bus or BART.
