Dunneill

We have a spacious house with a balcony and garden over looking the sea (Sound of Sleat) and Knoydart. There's one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a study with a single sofa bed. We also have a small single folding camp bed. The kitchen has a large dining table, and there is a big open plan sitting room area upstairs.

We live here with our large dog and 5 year old boy. The garden is hedged and fenced, and there is a swing and climbing frame. Plenty of toys, lego and books inside.

There's a log burning stove in the kitchen, and we have central heating.

About the location

We're on the edge of the village of Ardvasar. It's a 20 min walk to Armadale Ferry terminal, and 15 mins walk to the excellent Armadale Stores, the local shop. The Inn @ Aird a' Bhasair is the local pub and restaurant, 5 mins walk away. We're close to Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, Scotland's Gaelic College. Easy walking access to the woods around Armadale Castle, and close to beaches of Sleat. Good location for exploring Skye and Lochalsh,

We have a washing machine but no tumble drier. Clothes drying racks are available.
