Traditional tenement flat in Leith

Our home is part of a traditional Victorian Edinburgh tenement block. It is a spacious two bedroom flat with high ceilings and hardwood floor that has access to shared communal garden.

We are a family of 3 with a toddler and therefore smaller bedroom is completely baby-proofed and has a floor bed. The mattress is single size so can comfortably sleep an adult. We have a separate double size mattress for guests staying over that can be placed in any room.

Our main bed is super king size so is great for people who like their space.

Both of us work from home so we have a comfy set up for that in the living room. We share one desk and this has worked for us most of the times, additionally there is a breakfast bar space in the kitchen that can be used as additional wfh private space. We have two Wi-Fi routers that provide great coverage.

Free on street parking.

Simple home for ordinary people :) we used to do Airbnb and used a lot of airbnbs in our travels and I know for sure that communication is a key to great stay.
We are very easy and flexible and if there is anything you think that our is home missing please let me know!

This unique location is situated perfectly between the eclectic dockside bars and bistros of Leith’s waterfront The Shore, and Edinburgh's city centre. The green spaces of Calton Hill, Holyrood park and Arthur’s seat are all within easy reach.

There is an abundance of fantastic local bakeries, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area making it the perfect choice for a city break with everything you need at your fingertips. It can be also be a great base for an abundance of day trips to explore Scottish nature and smaller towns and villages.
