Pott Row is a quiet village and the house is set back from the road through the village, down a semi-private drive. We are 10 minutes drive from Royal Sandringham which is a beautiful estate with awesome adventure playground, walks and a cafe. Award winning beaches at Wells and Holkham are 35 minutes drive away - perfect for young families with golden sand and shallow water. Snettisham bird reserve and coast is 15 minutes away. From our house you can easily walk to Roydon common nature reserve which is great for hiking/ cycling or through the fields behind our house. We can recommend lots of wonderful places to eat. Congham Hall spa and hotel is within walking distance. All main supermarkets deliver to the house and there is a local newsagent. Kings lynn is 10 minutes drive away for any necessities. There is a stables locally who offer riding lessons. Holkham has events throughout the year, as does Sandringham.
