We have a lovely flat in the centre of London, just behind Fitzroy Square, perfect for one person or a couple.
The main room gets plenty of afternoon and evening sunshine. On one side is a well equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas stove/oven, dining table and on the other, a 3 seater sofa bed, large TV, record player/sound system and a desk.
The bedroom has a large double bed and free standing wardrobe.
Bathroom has a bath/shower
Note: It`s at the top of the building (4 floors) and there`s no lift.
About the location
Fitzrovia is a 10 minute walk from Oxford street, Soho, Euston station, Bloomsbury, and Marylebone. Warren Street tube and Great Portland Street tubes are a 4 minute walk from the flat.
Regents park is about a 7min walk from the front door. We have an amazing bakery round the corner (Miel) and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops.
Everyone who visits us is amazed at how quiet it is here. Tottenham Court Road is the only busy road close by but the speed limit is so low, you won`t hear much traffic noise - only the occasional siren.
