Cosy cottage close to river, parks and shops

The house is cosy and very homely, including a large, comfortable living/dining room with a working fireplace, a small patio garden and two double bedrooms.

The street is a dead end, so is very quiet, and there is a good sense of community.
Parking is available on the street with a permit (I have some visitors` permits you could use).

About the location

The area is lovely - the house is a short (5 minute) walk to Twickenham Green, where there are several nice pubs, and a similar distance from Twickenham High Street`s shops and restaurants.

You can easily walk to the river, where you can rent rowboats, and there are historic houses such as Ham House, Marble Hill House and Turner’s House.

You can walk to Twickenham Station in less than 15 minutes, getting a train into central London from there takes 20-30 minutes, and you can also get buses easily to surrounding areas such as Richmond, Teddington and Kingston.

Kew Gardens and Hampton Court Palace are only a short bus ride or drive away and are both lovely.
