We have a lovely bungalow on a large plot with plenty of parking at the front.
The garden wraps around the property and has a large pretty back area.

- There are 2 bedrooms but one is set up as my husband’s office and is not suitable for sleeping in.
- We have a kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, a fridge, freezer and microwave.
There are plenty of kitchen cupboards and worktops.
- There is a bathroom with Toilet and shower and also an extra separate toilet.
- The Lounge has a 3 piece comfortable suite, TV and log effect gas fire.
- A large conservatory is at the back of the property where you can look out onto the garden. There is a sofa bed and dining table in the conservatory.
The bungalow has gas central heating and had a new boiler in 2021.
All floors are either wooden, vinyl or ceramic tiles, there are no carpets.

Adjoining the bungalow is Holly Cottage which is a one-bed self contained annexe.
This will not be available to use unless requested.

We are less than 5 minutes walk to the small town centre with shops, restaurants and pubs and you can enjoy lovely walks in the nearby countryside.

About the location

Shipston-On-Stour is a small market town with several independent shops and restaurants.

We border the North Cotswolds which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
It is within easy reach of the Cotswold towns of Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Chipping Campden and Broadway are also easy to drive to.
The home of Shakespeare is less than half an hour’s drive away in Stratford upon Avon where there are lots of tourist attractions, including the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.
Oxford is about an hour’s drive away or there is a train from Moreton in Marsh.

It takes approximately 1 hour to drive to Birmingham Airport.

Although we are in Warwickshire, we border the Counties of Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire and Worcestershire is not far away!
