It has a quiet bedroom (double bed) and a second quiet bedroom transformed into a studio, a living/dining room with two large windows, a large kitchen area open to dinning room, a bath room with bath and shower, and a toilet. It is fully equipped with smartTV, fiber Internet, hairdryer, washing-machine, dish-washer, microwave, heating, and air-conditioning. Ideal for someone wanting to explore and work remotely. I`ve also two double put-up beds.

About the location

Fantastic location in central Madrid at a very quiet street (semi-pedestrian). Only 500 m away from one of Madrid’s main squares, Cibeles, at a walking distance to the most prominent art galleries (Museo del Prado, Thyssen Bornemisza and Reina Sofía) and Paseo del Prado and El Retiro park. There are also 4 theatres nearby.

A few blocks away is Chueca, with a well-gained reputation as a lively place, and it's range of restaurants and bars.

For those who like to move around, train and 4 tube stations are less than 400 m away. Train/bus conection to the airport is very good either by bus, train or tube. There are also several car sharing systems you can count on.
