Modern townhouse in the mountains
Our home is a three bedroom town house in a small mountain village in the Sierra Calderona mountains.
The ground floor of the house is a large garage with a shower room. This area houses the dryer and we use it mainly for storage.
The first floor comprises a comfortable living-dining area leading to a terrace with further dining facilities. The kitchen has all mod cons and an outdoor washing/drying area. There is a small study room and a shower room on this floor.
On the upper floor, there is a large double bedroom with terrace, a smaller double and single room. There is a full bathroom on this floor.
There is plenty of on-street parking.
The house is located 30 yards from the village outdoor municipal swimming pool which guests have free access to from 11 am to 7 pm.
About the location
The village is on the edge of the Sierra Calderona park, with many opportunities for walking and cycling.
The village is a 15 minute drive from the nearest blue flag beaches of Puerto de Sagunto and Canet and a 25 minute drive from the city of Valencia.
