We have a large double storey home directly opposite the beach and Indian Ocean. It has 5 large bedrooms two living rooms 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. There are both front and back gardens with a pool and outside entertaining areas. Upstairs and downstairs have a full panoramic view of the Indian Ocean with a large furnished balcony that you can enjoy spectacular sunsets from. Close to a national park, shops, cafes and pubs.
About the location
Yanchep is a beach side suburb that is quiet and very residential, our house is in the old part of the suburb and a great place to relax. We are walking distance from the nearest shops and have a beachside walking path taking you up to a very pleasant beach side café.
We are a short drive to Yanchep national park and about 30 minutes to Joondalup, Perth city center is approximately 45 minutes drive.
We have beautiful uncrowded beaches right on our doorstep and plenty of open space.
