We live in a beautiful secure 9th floor condo overlooking downtown historic Kingston and Lake Ontario. Spacious 1875 sq feet/174 sq metres of living space with two full bathrooms. Master bedroom has king size bed and ensuite. Large second room features two pull down (Murphy) beds with lounging area.

Building amenities include indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, squash court, and library. Underground parking space, and access to two bicycles.

Other features include: peloton bike and membership, in unit laundry, air conditioning, wine and beer fridges, remote controlled blinds, well equipped kitchen including espresso machine and grinder.

We are also able to offer 4-5 weeks during prime summer period. July 18- August 26 , 2022. shorter duration (2 weeks would also work for us)

About the location

The city of Kingston is located half way between major cities, Toronto , Montreal and Ottawa. (distances of 250 km.) We are located at the western end of the renowned 1000 Islands on the St. Lawrence River.

Downtown location provides easy walking access to numerous restaurants and tourist activities.

Centrally located in Southern Ontario for auto or rail trips to Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto and Niagara region.
