A large modern semi on a quiet cul -de -sac on the edge of the town, on a very quiet road.

The house is bright, spacious and energy efficient. There is a small enclosed garden at the rear and an open garden in front of the house. We are surrounded by excellent open countryside and within 10 minutes walk of the town centre.
Buxton is located in the peak district, the national park is all around us, fabulous for walking,cycling, rock climbing, caving, paragliding, horse riding etc etc.
There are two double bedrooms, and two further rooms upstairs without beds that could be used.

Derbyshire is a mainly rural county in the north Mdlands. Buxton is in the north of Derbyshire in the Peak District and is surrounded by the national park, Buxton is a centre for shopping and culture, with an international festival in July, an opera house, several delightful parks and a range of retail and pubs, cafes to suit everyone.
