About the location

The location is a 10 minute walk down to Brighton Pier, the Pavilion and the famous Brighton North Laine shopping area. Walk in the other direction and you are soon in sedate and quirky Kemp Town Village with it`s beautiful vistas down towards the sea. St James`s street itself, which is at the end of our road has a number of excellent cafes and pubs along with a bohemian vibe. There are good transport links to all areas of the city and easy routes out of the city via car, rail or bus. The South Downs are close by, as well as walks along and under the white chalk cliffs which stretch from just West of Kemp Town to Seven Sisters and Eastbourne beyond.
