Coed Camlyn

The house is a much loved family holiday home in the picturesque village of Maentwrog. The house can sleeps 6 + cot. There are two double bedrooms, one with an on-suite bathroom, and a cot and the third double bedroom has a set of bunk beds plus a child`s bed. The house has wi-fi and a land line. There is a washer/dryer and high chair plus a small selection of toys. Although here are no shops in the village there is a lovely old pub (The Grapes) which serves meals and has a children`s play area in the beer garden. Another pub serving meals (The Oakley) also quite near. The views from the house are stunning and over look the mountains. There is a small garden front and back so you can always catch the sun and the conservatory is a wonderful place to watch the birds or just read. There is a decent size sitting room and the well equipped kitchen has double doors leading to the dining room.

About the location

We are in the heart of Snowdonia National Park and there are beautiful beaches nearby. There are so many fabulous local walks in beautiful countryside. Both Harlech and Porth Madog are short drive away. There is a Tesco in Porth Madog and a small supermarket in Penrhyndeudreath. The house is a short drive from ZIP WORLD, FFESTINIOG RAILWAY, PORTMEIRION and only minutes walk to two historic Coaching Inns - the Grapes and the Oakley.
