Sea views from our top floor flat in Broadstairs old town.

Our light and airy top floor flat overlooks Chandos Square and Viking Bay. Facing east you can enjoy sunrises over the sea and sunset views from the west facing rear windows. Flat comprises of living room, kitchen, guest bedroom with double day bed and bathroom with power shower on the 4th floor. Sofa in living room can be used as a bed. The 5th floor has a large main bedroom and walk in wardrobe. Note; there are 81 steps to reach our flat. We have 2 affectionate low maintenance cats.

About the location

Broadstairs is brim-full of nostalgic, old-world, seaside charm. Sandy bays meet surf schools. Fishermen`s cottages meet Charles Dickens connections. Retro ice-cream parlours meet chic shops. Relaxed and unspoilt, this is the perfect place for chilled-out, family-friendly fun.
Broadstairs boasts an impressive seven sand-filled beaches and bays. Head to Joss Bay to learn to surf, or rural Botany Bay to saunter amid towering chalk stacks. At the town`s main beach, Viking Bay, discover children`s rides, beach huts, surfing, a harbour and cliff-top promenade.
The town has a wealth of inviting cafes, restaurants, including the Michelin starred Stark, pubs and bars. Two 1950`s ice-cream parlours Morelli`s and Chiappini`s provide flavourful scoops of nostalgia. In the High Street, historic red-brick and flint-fronted buildings are dotted between a rich stock of independent shops. Look out for galleries including New Kent Art and Broadstairs Gallery. The town has a strong association with live music, in addition to the annual music festival there is live music in many of the pubs. All of this is within a short walk of the flat.
