Bathroom and a large open plan kitchen, living room, dining, workspace with a wood burning stove keeping the place cosy.
The property also boasts a large yard and workshop shared with all residents. Gate from the back leads directly to the towpath, mark field park to the north and springfield park to the south, as well as Walthamstow marshes, Hackney marshes, filter beds 10 minutes walk away.

About the location

Largely Hasidic Jewish area, property is relatively peaceful, straight on to the river and nature yet half an hour away from central london
