The Mill House

Our home is beside the Mill within a gated holiday estate called Lower Mill Estate. It is within the Cotswolds Water Park and is on the Thames Path. The Mill Chase flows beside the garden! We are right beside a heated outdoor pool. There are tennis courts and a table tennis room also right beside us. We have a front (vegetable) garden and back garden with BBQ. There is a wood burning stove in the sitting room.

The estate is a 153acre nature reserve for the exclusive use of residents including watersports facilities right beside the house. We have a canoe you can borrow and bikes also. We are a short walk from the Waterpark, Wibit Adventure and much much more... Infact writing this I am wondering why I want to go on holiday :-)

The whole area is a network of lakes with endless footpaths and cycling routes.
There are several pristine nature reserve meadows in adjacent area.

Cirencester is 15 minutes away.

There are pubs in Somerford Keynes. Also, 30 mins away in either direction up and down the Thames Path are two other wonderful pubs.

We are in the south west area of the Cotswolds so good for exploring them.
Stroud is 30 mins, Bath is only 45 mins away, Cheltenham 35 mins, Oxford roughly an hour or so drive, and London 1.15 mins by train from Kemble (which can be cycled in 15 mins) .
