My home has 2 double bedrooms and an open plan kitchen dining/lounge. I have a large double ended bath and separate large shower in the bathroom too.
The garden is south facing and idea for dining all day al fresco.
It`s gas fired central heating with constant hot water.
Im in a quiet area tucked away in the corner of a square.

About the location

It`s central to all amenities and the seafront.
It`s ideal for the beach and you can walk or cycle all the way along the prom with the sea to your right into Whitstable from home for breakfast/lunch/dinner as I often do. Ideal for dog walkers and young children. There`s a park with play area and pond just 2 minutes walk.
It`s under a 20 minute car ride/bus into Canterbury and under half hour to Margate beaches and an hour into central London.
There are lots of villages to cycle around too.
The bus stops are a walk of 1 minute away and the train station just under a 10 minute walk.
