There is plenty of off road parking at the front of our house. We have underfloor heating throughout and a ventilation system to circulate fresh air.

Downstairs, we have an open plan living/dining/kitchen room, a utility room and toilet/shower room. We have a second reception room that has a double sofa bed if needed.
Upstairs, we have 4 bedrooms -2 doubles (1 with ensuite), 2 large single bedrooms and a family
Our large, south facing garden overlooks the lovely surrounding countryside and local orchards and we have patio area for outdoor seating and bbq.

About the location

Our village has a small shop, a pub and a community centre with a play-park/field, skateboard park and bar. There is a very large supermarket/petrol station/shopping centre about 10 minutes drive away. The River Great Ouse is located about 1 mile away, with a car parking area, boat launch ramp and some fishing lakes nearby. There are many public footpaths and cycle routes around the whole area and if you`re into bird watching then Fen Drayton lakes and Ouse Fen reserve are within walking distance.

We are situated between the historic riverside town of St.Ives and Cambridge City and near the busway/cycle-way/footpath that runs between Cambridge and St.Ives.

Cambridge has shops, museums, art galleries and all the historic colleges plus many places to eat and drink. Ely and Peterborough have enormous and amazing cathedrals and there are many places to visit locally such as; Granchester, Anglesey Abbey, Houghton Mill, Wimpole Hall, Linton zoo, Thetford Forest, Bury St.Edmunds and Duxford Air Museum.

Further afield, there are many towns, cities and places of interest that can be reached as a day trip from our location. To the East, there are the Norfolk and Suffolk coastlines and the whole of East Anglia to explore. Going South, there are fast trains to London from Cambridge and Huntingdon or you could drive to the nearest tube station to the North of London.
