Victorian terraced house close to the coast and 15 minutes into Brighton on foot/train

I live in a 1865 house in a small off-shot from Brighton called Portslade. House is suitable for a couple or someone with children. We have two double bedrooms one is for adults and the other belongs to my daughter (but not very childlike!). Our home is traditional and modern. Parking outside home - no permit required which saves a fortune in Brighton! I live six minute walk from Portslade station and it is 6 minutes on train to Brighton from there. We have a small garden and everything is in miniature, like a pretty doll`s house!

If you have children Hove Lagoon is a short walk away, if you do not have children Hove Lagoon is a short walk away for WaterSports, beach is a ten minute walk. Close (three minutes) to two great pubs and local amenities. You can get a bus up to `The Downs.`

We have bikes and a paddle board that you would be very welcome to borrow. We have a cat and you would be asked to feed her!

About the location

Park 30 seconds from the house. Bus to all local landmarks seconds away, train station super near and goes all along the coast. Downs a eight minute drive away. You can leave the house and be in Brighton city center, at the beach or on the Downs in less than 15 minutes. Portslade is close to Hove and is full of families and artisitic types, feels a little bit like a small village. Loads of parks nearby and you can cycle everywhere. Portland Road which is the Hove pub-land is a five minute cycle and has enough lovely pubs to keep anyone busy for a week!
