We have a 3 story home with 5 bedrooms. TV and wi-fi in each bedroom and in living room and Recreation room. We have an outside hot tub and fire pit. Our home is located in a wonderful, safe subdivision that has pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts. Super friendly neighbors and community! Pet friendly if potty trained;) seated dining for 18 ( 2 tables and bar) beds include 1 King, 3 Oueens, I twin, sleeper sofa and also have inflatable mattresses. 2-car garage but can only fit one car in. Open to vehicle exchange and can arrange for free airport transport:) ( main airports are in Washington, DC but we do have a small airport in Winchester about 8-10 miles away. Kayaks and bicycles available for you to use:) Hair Salon ( my business) on bottom floor so no need to bring hair tools/products!

About the location

We are located in a wonderful and safe subdivision that has a pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts. Equestrian ranches are close and available for horseback riding. We are located in the Shenandoah Valley, surrounded by mountains with hiking trails, rivers and vineyards/breweries! Two close lakes for kayaking and boating. Hot Air balloon rides, sky diving and zip lining are all close. Many golf courses. Waterparks ( indoor/outdoor, amusement parks are 30min to 1 hour. The famous Hershey Park (Amusement park and famous Chocolate park) is a 1.5 hr. This area is full of historical civil war sites as well. We are 1 hour west of Washington, DC which is packed with Museums, Broadway shows, historical sites etc.
