Our home is a spacious family home in North London (Winchmore Hill, near Enfield). It is a beautiful part of London with lots of green leafy parks, excellent local restaurants, grocery shops and very good transport links.

Our home is a comfortable spacious house ideal for a visiting family; spread over three floors, the accommodation includes:

- two double bedrooms and two bedrooms with single beds (there is also a spare single mattress that can go in the bedrooms). The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room.
- two reception rooms,
- Very well-equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining room opening into garden
- three bathrooms,
- garden,
- washing machine and tumble drier (in the utility room)
- built in barbeque (plancha) in the garden patio.

The kitchen and three bathrooms have recently been refurbished. There is a very large garden with garden furniture. The living room comes with a comfy sofa as well as a Smart TV (Broadband/wi-fi provided). Fresh Linen and towels will be provided.
We have a very large patio overlooking a 60m (180 ft) garden (with garden furniture).
The garden is sheltered from noise so perfect for enjoying a drink on the patio in the evening. It provides us with a lovely sunny space that we eat out in, in the summer.
Potential to use my car as well, subject to car insurance company agreement; We can only swap during school holidays.

About the location

Winchmore Hill is on the National rail (Great Northern) and it takes 30mins to get into the centre of the city, Oxford Circus & Leicester Square. Our immediate surroundings are very quiet, with little traffic (we are in a cul de sac).

We are within easy reach of good local pubs, and restaurants in Winchmore hill, Palmers Green, and Enfield town.
