Thai villa, Chon Buri

We have a ‘Bali’ style Villa in a walled garden, on a small private development.

The property has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a large kitchen/dining/lounge area which is open plan. Two of the bedrooms are en suite and the third has use of the general family bathroom, which is right next door to the bedroom. The master bedroom is large with its bathroom having twin vanity units, a bath and a large walk-in shower.

The whole house is very well appointed, with quality drapes and furnishings and is also well equipped, with multiple air conditioning units. The kitchen has a wall mounted oven and work surface hobb. There is also aSiemens dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a laundry room adjacent to the double car port.

Outside there is a lawn garden which is walled for privacy. There is also a large private swimming pool just behind our Villa.

About the location

We live behind the resort area of Pattaya in a quiet residential area. Our development has an abundance of mature palm trees and greenery.

For those looking for a large variety of restaurants, shopping and other night life, Jomtien/ Pattaya is just a short drive/taxi ride away.

We are about I mile inland from numerous beaches and the swimmers amongst you would also enjoy the large private swimming pool which in behind our Villa and the clubhouse with its small gym.

Bangkok is about a two hour drive away.
