Enjoy Bendigo and the Australian countryside

Our house was built in the late 1800s and we added a modern extension about 10 years ago. We are within walking distance to the railway station and the centre of town.

We have central heating and air conditioning, a modern kitchen with an electric induction top and oven, and a dishwasher.

There is wifi throughout the house and Netflix. There is a large back yard and an outdoor eating area. The house is in a quiet street opposite a park with a playground and tennis court.

About the location

Bendigo is a large regional city in the state of Victoria. It is about 150 kms from Melbourne and central to many other towns. With a population of over 100,000 it has all the attractions and facilities you would expect of a city this size.

The city is surrounded by national parks and forests making it an ideal location for bush walkers and bird watchers.

Although there is an airport in Bendigo there are at this stage only daily flights to Sydney We are about an hour and a half drive from Melbourne International Airport.
