Luxury Brighton Holiday home just by the sea

The house is a beautiful period house decorated and presented beautifully . It has an electric ago in the kitchen and an open fire in the sitting room and has many traditional features . It has four good size double bedrooms and one single bedroom . The house sleeps 11 with two of the bedrooms having super king beds and beautiful en suite bathrooms with stone flooring and underfloor heating. The third double bedroom is also beautifully presented and has a king size bed and a balcony over looking the garden . The fourth bedroom has bunk beds and two single beds which can also be made into a double bed . The fifth bedroom is a single bedroom but is still a very comfortable rooms for a child or adult . There is also a family bathroom and an additional toilet on the ground floor. There is a sunny garden, children’s climbing frame and a studio with additional garden toys. There is also a sit on top kayak and life jackets which are available to use safely with permission from the owners. The beach is a two min walk from the house .The house with very child friendly with travel cots, stair gates and high chairs provided if needed . Well behaved dogs are also welcomed at the property , although the owners do ask that dogs do not go upstairs .

About the location

The house is in a beautiful area of Hove, only a few mins to the beach whilst also being only a 10 min walk to central hove. Brighton is a 30 min walk from the house but it is also very easy to use the excellent bus services and taxis in Brighton . There is a bus stop at the top of the road and a bus trip into Brighton takes 10 min. There are also bikes available to hire throughout Brighton and Hove where you can pick them up and drop them off at various locations, the nearest pick up point being a five min walk from the property. There are many lovely shops and coffee shops and restaurants within a five min walk from the house and the joy is that the beaches at this end of town are so much quieter and enjoyable than in central Brighton . The house is also only a 7 min walk to Hove Lagoon where May water sports are hosted duchess as SUP, wakeboarding and windsurfing . There is also a children’s playground, cafe and dog friendly beaches.
