Classic Dutch home near Vondelpark

We have a 130 m2 fully equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms, a living room and two study rooms (first and second floor). One bedroom has a double bed, while our daughters are sleeping in the other two rooms on single beds. There is a single bathroom with a separate bath and shower.
The house is in a very quit residential street, often considered as one of the most attractive streets in Amsterdam (Jacob Marisstraat), situated very close to the Vondelpark. There is a supermarket around the corner, and many restaurants on a short walking distance (Amstelveense weg, 5 min). The house is at a walking distance to the most important musea in Amsterdam (approx 25 min walk), but there is also a nearby tram station.
At the ground floor we are renting out an apartment to a very quite and very friendly couple (expets).
As we will be visiting London for 3 months from March to May 2020 we are looking for an opportunity to exchange houses during this period, preferably with a minimum of 3 bedrooms.
