Modern family home

We live in a modern, spacious family home. We have lots of living space downstairs including a very large dining kitchen, a large sunny sitting room, and a large playroom. Upstairs we have five bedrooms which are currently set up as one double and four singles. The double room has an en-suite bathroom and there is also another family bathroom. We have a fully enclosed back garden with climbing frame and large decking area for outside dining. To the front is an open garden and driveway. We are on a very quiet street, mainly occupied by families and it is perfect for children to play out on bikes and scooters.

About the location

Kinross is in the heart of Scotland. Locally, we are 10 minutes walk away from Loch Leven. There are lots of walks and cycle paths close by (including one which takes you right around the Loch right beside our street). Kinross has two golf courses, a sports campus and a swimming pool all within walking distance of our house. Kinross is also within one hours’ drive of Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews, Dundee, Perth, Stirling, and the Highlands. It’s the perfect base for exploring Scotland!
