Lovely London Victorian Home

We have a lovely family home in the vibrant area of Tooting Bec.

Our house is on a pretty tree lined street, but also only a few minutes from the buzz of Tooting.

The house comprises of a dining room and lounge room, four double bedrooms, the master with a super king size bed, the loft room with a king size bed and en suite bathroom and the third room with a double bed. The fourth room has a nursery cot in it.

We have a lovely garden where you can cook a BBQ or use our smoker to smoke meat or simply sit outside for a drink.

We are 5 minutes away from the famous Tooting Bec markets which host every imaginable cuisine as well as delicious drinks and we are a 2 minute walk to the greenery of the Tooting Commons.

We are only 30 minutes to the centre of central London.

About the location

Tooting in South London has developed into an uber-cool neighbourhood in recent years and lost none of its charm in the process. Tooting revels in multiculturalism and originality. Its high street, which stretches between two Tube stations, is one of the best ‘curry corridors’ in the country, and contains some superb South Asian restaurants, like Dosa n Chutny and Apollo Banana Leaf.

The best shopping can be found inside eclectic Tooting Market, and quirky bars and pubs include The Castle, The Antelope and The Little Bar. The Tooting Commons create over 200 acres of green space between them, and are home to Tooting Bec Lido – the largest swimming pool in the United Kingdom.
