Coolroe - Castlegregory

We bought this house about 10 years ago as a holiday home and we have done everything to make it a home from home as we spend a lot of time there.

It`s a bungalow with 2 sitting areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate kitchen. All rooms are bright and sunny and newly decorated.

Outside there`s a large enclosed garden with lots of parking space and room for children to play. There`s a shady area to sit outside with table and chairs and armchairs to relax and enjoy the great views of the mountains and surrounding countryside.

About the location

It is on the Wild Atlantic Way and is a great location for holiday and for exploring Kerry. It`s a 20 minute drive from Dingle, oner The Connor Pass and its about an hour from Killarney. Sceilig ;; is a great excursion from Castlegregory.

The area itself is popular with tourists and has every amenity but it is still relatively unspoilt. Our house is on a quiet country road but only a 10 minute walk from the village.

There are many beautiful walks around the area, along with waters sports, golf, horseriding, fishing and cycling.

We love the area for its natural beauty, its incredible sunsets and as a place to hillwalk. We also love to sit on the patio and read or just enjoy the lovely views during the summer months.
