Set among pine trees and olive groves with spectacular views.
We live here most of the year, therefore it has all amenities, including a large sea salt pool.
The house has both gas and solar heating, air condition and both smoke and carbon detectors.
The house has both modern and antique furniture and lighting. There are 2 TVs and WiFi a granite kitchen and American fridge. There are 3 gates, 3 gardens and large terraces, a Suzuki jeep insured for any driver.
About the location
The village has a pub and 2 tavernas but shops are in the lower village of Perachora and banks in Loutraki. Set on a peninsular with many beaches and a lagoon.
Our location is equidistant from the major attractions of Epidavros, Mycenae, Delphi, The Parthenon, Ancient Corinth, Nafplio, Olympia etc. Within a day’s excursion.
The climate is good all year but sometimes alpine in the winter months.
Loutraki is a spa resort and therefore there is no problem with drinking our water or having excellent showers.
