Graeme & Di`s home -Long Jetty / The Entrance

Our home is a modern townhouse, with two large queen bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs area has another room which we use as a television room/office. This room has a double sofa bed which could be used to accommodate another 1-2 people. We have a large lounge and dining area which opens onto a large wrap around deck covered with a vergola which can be opened or closed by remote control. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with appliances including two dishwashers and microwave. The laundry has a Miele washing machine, the dryer is located in the garage. Our home has a balcony off the main bedroom and a glassed in balcony off the second bedroom. We have two courtyard gardens and small patch of grass on the nature strip. We have a Honda Accord which you would be able to use with appropriate drivers licence.

About the location

We live on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia, approximately 1 hour from Sydney and 1 hour from Newcastle which also has an airport. Trains run frequently to our area from both Sydney and Newcastle. Our town is called The Entrance (named because of Tuggerah Lake entering the ocean here.) Our home is situated in the street overlooking the lake and parklands, with some water views. The lake area has great walking and bike paths(we have bikes for your use) There are many beaches and coastal towns nearby. The Hunter Valley famous for its wines is an hours drive away. We are within walking distance of several cafes and restaurants. Sydney has many attractions to explore as well.
