Seaside home, Whitley Bay, Newcastle

A beautiful 4 bedroom detached house close to the shores of Whitley Bay. The house comprises of three good sized bedrooms with a smaller single room used for a toddler. The master bedroom has a large en suite with power shower. The two children`s bedroom have single beds, one can be converted to a double and the other has a single trundle bed underneath if required. The family bathroom has a bath with an over head shower.
Downstairs there is a large dining kitchen with french doors leading into the child friendly garden. There is a sizeable playroom complete with lots of toys suitable for chidlren up to 10 years of age. At the front of the house, is the lounge with comfortable sofas and televsion which has virgin media including sky sports, BT sports, Netflix and amazon prime. There is also a downstairs toilet, utility room and garage used for storage.
We have a good sized South/West facing garden that gets the sun all day. We have outdoor seating, a gas BBQ, children`s climbing frame and trampoline.
We have two cats, one who is extremely friendly and one that is quite shy. They have a cat flap which means they come and go as they please. They would require feeding on a daily basis.

About the location

Whitley Bay is situated on the North East coast and has beautiful beaches with a newly refurbished promenande. Our house is just a 10 minute stroll to the beach, and local swimming pool.

We have shops, an italian restaurant, take aways and a pub wihtin a 5 minute walk. The centre of Whitley Bay is just a 15 minute walk and the metro is 20 minutes.

There is plenty to do in and around Whitley Bay for all ages from rock polling, a trip up the lighthouse, amusement arcade, golf, softplays, pottery painting, cake decorating and surf lessons to name but a few.

We are in an excellent location for exploring Northumberland, and close to several National Trust properties. Tynemouth is a 10 miunte drive, while Newcastle city centre is just 20 minutes. The airport is also close by.
