Our home has 2 bedrooms free for visitors with one bathroom with toilet and over head shower and a shower room with toilet and hand basin. The lounge with patio doors, multi fuel stove, TV providing Netflix and Prime and comfortable seating gives you the perfect chance to relax looking out to the large garden, countryside and open fields. There is a dining kitchen and large patio area to enjoy the beautiful sun set from both of these areas.
About the location
Our home is situated approximately 2 miles from the historic town of Arbroath with the famous Arbroath Abbey and the signing of the Declaration of Independence by Sir Robert Bruce. Signal Tower of Arbroath and the small fishing village of Auchmithie come with an abundance of history. To the south takes you to the famous town of Carnoustie, Dundee City with the newly opened V&A, Perth and further afield to St Andrews, Edinburgh and Glasgow. To the north is Aberdeen, Deeside to Balmoral and Inverness all accesable by train, bus or by car for an overnight stay. Arbroath has clubs, bars, eateries and theatre costal and woodland walks. Golf enthusiasts the nearby Town of Carnoustie is only 15 minutes and St Andrews an hour away cold be a dream of a lifetime for some.
